Online Shopping

In order to shop our online store you will need to register for a login. Registration is simple. Just fill out our Account Reuest Link (located on the right) and we can get you setup. With your own login you will be able to browse our online catalog of over 30,000 general office supplies and buy at your special discounted price. When you are setup with your personal login you will be given the best price possible. Federal customers or customers who qualify for other contracts will be assigned the appropriate pricing.

Shipping and Returns

How much do you charge for shipping?
Most products ship free to anywhere in the continental United States. Charges will apply for any products shipped to AK, HI, Puerto Rico and other overseas locations. Also, items that are not UPS deliverable, are heavy or have special delivery requirements may incur shipping or handling charges. Quotes for these charges will be made available to customers for these situations.

Where do we ship to?
We will ship to anywhere in the United States and its territories. We also ship to APO and FPO addresses.

What companies are used for shipping?
We will use UPS to ship your order. We will also use USPS and FedEx if needed or if requested by you the customer.

When will I receive my order?
Upon receiving your order, we process it that same day. Most products are in stock and ready to ship. All orders are usually sent UPS ground and delivery times differ depending on where you are located. We use distribution centers across the U.S. which guarantees next day delivery for most orders. Typically you can expect to receive your product in 1-3 business days.

I received the wrong item, can I return this?
As soon as you call us at 1-877-934-3462, we will send out a replacement to you. We will also assist you in returning the wrong item. If the mistake was ours, we will exchange it free of charge. Otherwise, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

My product is defective, now what should I do?

How do I track my order?

What should I do with my used ink and laser cartridges?
Recycle them! Contact us at 1-877-934-3462 and we will arrange to have your empties picked up and sent to a recycling center.

Payment Terms and Credit Cards

We accept most major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. This includes the federal government Smart Pay and IMPAC credit cards. Terms may be established with a completed credit application. GSA or Federal Government customers can establish terms by issuing an appropriate purchase order.
